OUR FOUNDER
Stephen Miller founded Good Wolf Capital with one goal: to create a smarter, more trustworthy way to build wealth through real estate.
After nearly 20 years in corporate leadership at Salesforce — where he built high-performing teams and scaled new markets — Stephen transitioned full-time into real estate to create more freedom and security for his family. What began as a side project with a triplex in New York has since grown into a personal portfolio of 90+ units in the Cincinnati area.
Stephen now helps other successful professionals access the same opportunities through passive apartment investing — without the headaches of active ownership. Every deal he offers is one he invests in personally, ensuring that your goals and his are fully aligned.
He lives in Cincinnati with his wife and four children, and is known for his strategic approach, steady leadership, and commitment to doing the right thing — on and off the balance sheet.
